Ingredients
- Lady finger – 500gm chopped
- Red Chilli – 3
- Curry leaves – few
- Garlic – 5cloves crushed, minced
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1tsp
- 1 tbsp Jeera – 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp Urad dal – 1tsp
- 1 tbsp Chana dal – 1tsp
- 1 tbsp Groundnuts – 1tsp
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts – 2tsp
- 2 tbsp Coconut Powder grated
- Salt – required as per taste
- Oil – deep fry
- 11/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour / rice flour/ gram flour
Instructions
Slicing Ladyfingers:
- Wash the ladyfingers thoroughly and slice them into thin, small pieces.
Tadka Time:
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add ground nuts, cashews, minced garlic, and chana dal. Let them sizzle for a minute.
Flavorful Infusion:
- Introduce red chilli, curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, and cumin seeds to the kadai. Let them sizzle, releasing their aromatic essence.
Adding Ladyfingers:
