Lady finger – 500gm chopped Red Chilli - 3 Curry leaves – few Garlic – 5cloves crushed, minced 1 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1tsp 1 tbsp Jeera – 1 tsp 1 tbsp Urad dal – 1tsp 1 tbsp Chana dal – 1tsp 1 tbsp Groundnuts – 1tsp 2 tbsp Cashew nuts – 2tsp 2 tbsp Coconut Powder grated Salt – required as per taste Oil – deep fry 11/2 tbsp Red chilli powder 2 tbsp corn flour / rice flour/ gram flour
Tadka Time: Heat oil in a kadai. Add ground nuts, cashews, minced garlic, and chana dal. Let them sizzle for a minute.
Flavorful Infusion: Introduce red chilli, curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, and cumin seeds to the kadai. Let them sizzle, releasing their aromatic essence.
