We have so many chicken recipes for lunch, dinner with spicy gravy’s and dry chicken recipes like tandoori, kebabs more. Here i share a very tasty snack popcorn chicken which can be prepared easily in a restaurant style. Children and spicy lovers eat this popcorn by licking there fingers.

Popcorn chicken recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken – 250gm(diced small pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2tsp
- Curd – 2tsp
- Egg – 1
- Lemon juice – 1tsp
- Salt – required
- Red chilli powder – 2tsp
- Turmeric – pinch
- Oil – 2tsp + 2cups (deep fry)
- Cashew paste – 1tsp(optional)
- Corn flour – 2tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2tsp
- Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Mint – few
- Bread crumbs – required
METHOD:
- Wash the chicken properly and marinate them.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, curd, ginger garlic paste to the chicken and refrigerate for 2hrs.
- After 2hrs, put lemon juice, oil, egg, corn flour, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala to marinated chicken and mix all ingredients so that they blend properly.
- At last chop mint 2 leaves & coriander then sprinkle on chicken.
- Now take each piece and roll it in bread crumbs, put a side.
- Heat the pan with oil for deep fry, fry the chicken pieces till golden brown and serve the crunchy chicken popcorn with tomato sauce.
Tips to make crispy popcorn chicken:
- Don’t fry in very high flame to avoid chicken burning.
- Use low absorb oil.
- Wrap the bowl with lid while refrigerate.
