DAY 1: Ooty Local Sightseeing
On first day arrived Mysore from Hyderabad by catching night Volvo sleeper bus. After reaching Mysore travels person picked us and reached Ooty. Visited Ooty lake, Doddabetta Peak, Ooty Tea factory Museum, Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, Pine Forest, Wenlock down. We have no time for Nigiri mountain railway Toy train. Check in hotel and went for shopping. Rest for the night at stay.
DAY 2: Coonoor Sightseeing
Exploring the enchanting attractions of Coonoor promises a memorable experience amidst the tranquil beauty of the Nilgiri Hills, making it a must-visit destination for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.
Had delicious breakfast and went for Coonoor sightseeing – tourist places to visit like Sim’s park, its not ordinary park – lot of variety of plants and formations and creativity couldn’t see anywhere, Dolphin Nose View Point – highest point view around the town. Lambs Rock – which is really worth watching sky here.. one of the best places i ever visited. Couldn’t believe my eyes its like graphics in front of eyes. Its not edited picture, god created it.
Later went to have a tour at Highfield Tea estates and Pykara waterfalls and Pykara lake. we really enjoyed Pykara lake boating. The drivers of speed boating are well trained and made us feel excited & happy. The Landscape looks like we are driving at some foreign tourist location. Really had so much fun with kids. Later, in the evening back to Ooty and rest for the night at hotel after satisfying dinner.
DAY 3: Back to Mysore or Bangalore:
After breakfast, started back to Mysore and from there travelled to Hyderabad by sleeper bus. If u miss anything in Ooty due to time constraints., visit in return journey like pine forest, 6th mile, 9th mile, Mudumalai national park safari. Plan the itinerary properly and don’t worry if you miss some places – it happens to everyone. Enjoy the peaceful Ooty!

- We stayed at mid range hotel Baron and Rose park Residency – view was nice but didn’t like the stay (Very basic). immediately shifted to baron – which is good.
